Our products are manually dyed in natural indigo. Every item is handcrafted and will vary in colour or look. No chemicals have been added to fix the colour, thus crocking may occur.

Be aware that the blue may stain other textiles, leather or skin whilst it’s worn. General wear, use and washing will fade the colour and gain its unique appearance.

Yes. When you proceed to checkout, you have the options to ship your order to a different address.

We ship to all countries in the world. Shipping to a country within Europe costs €7,50 and shipping outside Europe costs €12,50. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically when filling in your address in our check-out.

Yes, we ship worldwide. After adding items in your cart, you can proceed to checkout to pick your country of choice.

We accept direct bank transfer and payment through PayPal. When you proceed to checkout, you can choose which option suits you best.

Our online shop shows the complete assortment available. When we receive new stock, we will immediately update our webshop. As a result, we cannot deliver products that are currently not available in our webshop. It is possible that these items are available at one of Indigo People’s stockists. For more information about their stock please contact the shops directly. You can find our points of sale in our Store Locator.

In order to change your account settings, please go to the ‘my account page’ and login. Once logged in, you will be directly to your account page. You can edit your account through the option ‘account details’ in the menu on the left.

To create an online account, click here. You can register a new account in the right form, using only your e-mail address.

Once the order is completed you’ll receive an order confirmation at the email address you’ve provided. If you have any problems with completing your payment, please contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an automatic generated order confirmation via e-mail. Other updates regarding your order will also be send by e-mail. Make sure your e-mail address is correct. If you created an account, then you can also find your order on your account page.

No worries, you can request a new password by going to the log-in screen and click on ‘forgot my password’. You will receive an e-mail with the possibility to enter a new password.
